Recruitment support without opaque shortcuts.
Jobcito coordinates candidate sourcing, screening, employer submissions, interviews and joining with a workflow designed for clear human decisions — and keeps a record of each one.
What the engagement covers
Requirement intake
Capture the hiring context, the role priorities and the confidentiality needs before a role is published. Where an employer must stay confidential, the published text carries nothing that identifies them.
Sourcing and screening
Candidates are reviewed against the requirement by a recruiter. A resume is parsed only as a suggestion — the skills recorded against a candidate are the ones a person accepted.
Candidate submission
Recruiter-reviewed candidates and documents are released to one named client contact at a time, and a release can be revoked. Contact details are disclosed separately and explicitly.
Interview coordination
Invitations, responses, proposed changes and feedback stay visible to both sides. A requested change does not move an interview until it is confirmed.
Selection, joining and placement
Each step is recorded as its own decision rather than inferred from the last one, so what was agreed and when stays answerable afterwards.
Commercial record
Placement terms, invoices and payments are kept as distinct records. A correction supersedes rather than overwrites, so a historical figure stays readable.
Five steps, each one recorded.
Step 1: Intake
We agree the requirement, the priorities and what must stay confidential.
Step 2: Shortlist
Candidates are sourced and reviewed before anything reaches you.
Step 3: Submission
Reviewed candidates are released to a named contact on your side.
Step 4: Interview
Invitations, responses and feedback are coordinated and recorded.
Step 5: Placement
Selection, joining and the commercial record are each confirmed explicitly.
